Vegan Green Smoothie
Ingredients
Frozen Banana 1
Frozen mango, 1 cup
Spinach 2-3 cups
Hemp seeds 2 tbsps
Plant-based milk 1cup, use almond milk
Orange Juice 1/4 cup
Maple syrup 1tbsp, its optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients like banana, mango, spinach, hemp seeds, almond milk, and orange juice in a blender.
