Vegan Apple Coleslaw

Cracked peppers 1/4 tsp.
Maple syrup 2 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup
Tahini 1/4 cup
Instructions:
Dressing:
Take a bowl and then add the tahini, maple syrup, pepper, and apple cider vinegar.
Add the required amount of water to it, mix it, and then set aside.
Assembling:
Take a large bowl and then add the carrots, cranberries, green onions, almonds, and cabbage.
Add the dressing on the top and then combine everything.
Lastly, refrigerate for half an hour and then serve.
Notes:
You can replace the green cabbage with the red one or use the combo.
Moreover, if you are not interested in almonds, you can use raisins.
And then, any type of apple can be used in this recipe.
