Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar

Sprinkle the brown sugar, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of sea salt over the sweet potatoes. Toss again until the sweet potatoes are well coated with the spice mixture.
Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and caramelized on the edges.
Remove from the oven and serve warm. Adjust the sweetness by adding more brown sugar if desired.
