Instructions:
Prepare strawberry mixture: Blend strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. For a smoother texture, optionally strain.
Prepare cream mixture: Whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
Assemble popsicles: Alternate layers of strawberry and cream mixtures in popsicle molds. Insert sticks.
Freeze: Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve: Run molds under warm water to release popsicles. Enjoy!
Tip: For a marbled effect, gently swirl the layers with a skewer before freezing.
