Hot Virginia Dip

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté pecans in butter until toasted, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add dried beef, green onions, garlic, half and half, and stir to combine.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with toasted pecans. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
