Garlic Herb Grilled Lobster

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Prepare the Herb Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, and paprika. Mix well to combine.
Season the Lobster Tails: Brush the cut side of each lobster tail with the herb butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill the Lobster: Place the lobster tails, cut side down, on the preheated grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, until the shells are bright red. Flip the lobster tails and brush with more herb butter. Continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve: Remove the lobster tails from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Brush with any remaining herb butter. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
