Halve the gum drops.
Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on both sides.
On a stovetop burner, bring a saucepan of water to a boil.
Step 2: Set a second pan or heatproof dish over the water in the first pot.
Mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and butter should be added to the top dish.
Stir the components until they are melted in the pan, using a method similar to a double boiler.
Mix until completely melted.
Step 3: Carefully include the gumdrops.
Spoon into the prepared baking dish.
Allow the nougat to sit overnight to set.
Using the parchment paper, carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and cut into bars.
