Cinnamon Cream Cheese Cookies

Make a smooth and light mixture by beating together the cream cheese and butter in a large bowl. Combine all of the powdered sugar by mixing well.

Blend in the egg and vanilla extract.

The flour, baking soda, and salt should be sifted together in a small basin. Gradually mix the dry ingredients with the wet.

Put the bowl cover on top and refrigerate the dough for at least 60 minutes.

Before placing on a baking sheet, heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small basin, mix the cinnamon and sugar together using a sieve.

Roll out the dough on both sides after scooping and rolling it into balls that are about 1 inch in diameter.

Spread them out on a baking sheet, with at least two inches of space between each.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
