You will need
Serving
400 grams pork belly (sliced into about 0.8-1cm thick long pieces)
3 shallots
4 garlic cloves
2 lemongrass (only white parts)
1 tablespoon honey
1⁄2 teaspoon five spice powder
1 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
1 1⁄2 tablespoon annatto oil
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Instructions
Place all the ingredients except pork belly into a food processor and pulse until it’s smooth ( or almost).
Place pork belly slices into a mixing bowl and pour in the blended marinade sauce. Give it a massage until the meat is well-coated.
Once the meat is ready, place them in an air-fryer and cook at 200C for 10 mins.
Remove the basket from the air-fryer and flip the pork. Cook at 200C for the last 4-5 mins.
Slice and serve with your fav grilled meat sauce. I like to dip into hot sauce or Korean Ssamjang ( seasoned soybean paste )OMG I really love it!
