1 pound ground pork sausage
6 cups coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage)
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
1. Brown the ground pork sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Stir in coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage, cook until tender (~5 minutes).
4. Drizzle with soy sauce, mix well.
5. Finish with sesame oil and green onions, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
6. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot with optional toppings.
