8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole pan.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
4. Arrange the Hawaiian bread rolls in the prepared casserole pan. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the rolls. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the cheesecake filling, then drizzle with melted butter.
