1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
4 burger buns
Lettuce, tomato, and red onion for topping
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, egg, breadcrumbs, and chopped green onions. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Mix everything together until evenly combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill or skillet to prevent sticking.
4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet during the last few minutes of cooking, if desired.
6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Add extra ranch dressing if you like.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
