Ritz Cracker Party Sandwiches

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, ham, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Spread a small amount of the mixture on a Ritz cracker and top with another cracker to make a sandwich.

Repeat with remaining crackers and filling.

Arrange the cracker sandwiches on a platter and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
