Introducing the pizza bowl. A mix of pizza and salad bowl. For several months, bowls have been all the rage: salad bowls, Buddha bowls, poke bowls, morning bowls… In short, bowls in all varieties. But why not use an edible bowl? And pizza dough is perfect for that!
No need for a specific mold, I simply used small Pyrex bowls that can go in the oven, at 180°C (350°F).
As for the filling, you are free to choose. I suggest a mix of arugula, duck breast, Saint-Agur cheese, tomatoes, and onion.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
4 thick pizza doughs
1 bag of arugula
80 g dried duck breast
1 Saint-Agur cheese
1 red onion
150 g cherry tomatoes
A few basil leaves
A drizzle of olive oil
1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
