Ingredients (for 12 small verrines)
60ml olive oil
15ml balsamic vinegar (or a bit more to taste)
2 tbsp chopped basil
About 20 cherry tomatoes (red and yellow for aesthetics)
1/4 red onion
1/4 cucumber (optional)
100g small shrimp
Salt and pepper
