There's nothing that goes better with a slider than an ice cold beer. And if you want to imbibe while you devour these delicious Slow Cooker Garlic Ale Sliders, no one will judge. But, you'll also be able to taste the ale all throughout these teeny tiny sandwiches, as the roast is cooked in it, and there may be a splash in the sauce, too.
The result is a tangy beef slider that takes almost no work. I don't even sear the chuck roast to begin with (and I'm an avid searer), as it's really the beer and the barbecue sauce that make up the flavor of this favorite, anyway. And it will quickly become a favorite.
