This is the only keto pie I'll eat during Christmas! THAT good!

2 teaspoons grass-fed gelatin
⅔ cup powdered Swerve Sweetener, divided
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Combine eggnog, ⅓ cup sweetener, extract, and nutmeg.
2. Dissolve gelatin in water, microwave 30 seconds, and add to eggnog.
3. Whip cream with remaining sweetener and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
4. Fold 3/4 of whipped cream into eggnog mixture.
5. Pour filling into pie crust, refrigerate for 4 hours.
6. Garnish with remaining whipped cream and nutmeg.
