Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) full fat coconut milk
1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener
1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and chopped)
Instructions:
Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the coconut milk, monk fruit sweetener, and fresh strawberries. Blend until smooth.
Freeze: Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Place the container in the freezer and freeze for 24 hours.
Process: Remove the container from the freezer and install it into the Ninja Creami. Select the “Ice Cream” setting and process until creamy.
Enjoy: Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or refreeze for a firmer texture.
Tips:
