Ingredients:
For the pre -dough:
10 g of yeast
some water, lukewarm
some flour
For the main dough:
150 g flour
70 g of rye flour
1 ½ teaspoon salt
150 ml of water, lukewarm
Fat for the sheet metal
For covering:
n. B. crème fraîche, approx. 2 tablespoons per flat rate
n. B. bacon, rolled
n. B. spring onions (s), in rings
