Italian Parmesan Chicken Skewers

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Add the cubed chicken to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, dividing evenly.

Grill the chicken skewers for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown, with grill marks.

Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
