1/2 cup mayonnaise I like Dukes
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 large onion cut in half and then sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
8 slices rye bread or sourdough
8 thick slices Swiss cheese preferably Baby Swiss
Butter
