CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

While traditional chicken soup is considered the epitome of comfort food, we've made a few changes that we think go beyond the classic recipe. As we mentioned, we don't crave soup much in the warmer months, but once fall rolls around, it's basically the only thing on our minds. Add to that the fact that everyone gets sick and needs a little nutritious comfort food to feel better, and you'll find that a delicious "flu-fighting" soup is in high demand.

What sets our soup apart from the rest are the final touches we added: lemon juice and lots of fresh dill. While these two things may not seem like absolute necessities, they are. The lemon juice brightens the flavor tremendously, and the dill adds a refreshing twist that will keep you hooked and slurping as much broth as possible. It's got the perfect amount of spice - perfect for opening up the sinuses - but you can always tweak it to your liking... give it a try, because this stuff is insanely good!
