2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

4 teaspoons minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tablespoon your favorite hot sauce

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Tear off 2 large sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12×12 inches.

Season both sides of each salmon fillet. Top with minced garlic. Place asparagus on sides of salmon.

In a small bowl, mix together the broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using).

Drizzle this sauce over salmon and asparagus.

Dot each foil packet with small cubes of butter

Carefully fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus, sealing the edges to create a packet.

Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the asparagus is tender.

Carefully open the foil packs (be cautious of hot steam) and serve the salmon and asparagus right from the foil.

Garnish with more lemon juice and chopped parsley. Add lemon slices if desired.
