Ingredients

700 to 800 g chicken thighs600 g potatoes

500 g cauliflower

130 g carrots, cut into pieces

15 ml vegetable oil

3 garlic cloves, cut into small pieces

1 tablespoon green onions

1 tablespoon chicken dressing

Black pepper

Salt

Preparation
First, turn on the oven and let it preheat to a temperature of 200 °C so that it is ready to use when the preparation is ready.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into strips and place them in the bag.

Add the carrots, garlic, cauliflower, salt, pepper and oil and mix well to season the ingredients.

Season the chicken thighs with the sauce, place them in the bag, close it with a string, pierce it with a toothpick and place it in a pot.

Cook in a hot oven for 55 to 60 minutes at a temperature of 200 °C.

Open the bag, place it in a bowl and serve hot.
