First whole roasted chicken! Juicy with crispy skin and drippings for gravy. I patted the skin dry first and then spread olive oil over it. I mixed the dry spices in a small bowl. Garlic/Plus, sea salt,
garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and smoked paprika. No real measured amounts, just until it looked like enough to sprinkle over the breast side and place it in the air fryer basket breast side down and then sprinkle the remaining spices over the back of the chicken.
