This is my mama's famous Christmas bark for the holidays. It's unlike the usual stuff, and only 3 ingredients

24 ounces white chocolate chips
1 cup roughly chopped nuts of choice (can use almonds or pecan)
1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
2. In microwavable bowl, heat up chocolate on high for 2-3 minutes until almost melted. Stir halfway and continue until melted.
3. Mix in cranberries and nuts. Spread into baking pan.
4. Put in fridge for at least 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces. Enjoy!
Optional: You can customize this recipe by adding a sprinkle of sea salt over the top before the white chocolate has hardened, enhancing the flavor combination even more.
Enjoy this Cranberry White Chocolate Bark as a delightful dessert or gift it to friends and family during the holiday season. Serve it alongside a cup of hot cocoa or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra touch of indulgence. The sweet and tart flavors of the cranberries, combined with the creamy white chocolate, provide the perfect balance in every bite.
