The plastic bag trick that few people know

Ingredients:
150 ml lukewarm milk
1 teaspoon dry yeast
25g sugar
0.5 teaspoon vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter
280g all-purpose flour
1-2 sliced apples
Preparation:
Mix lukewarm milk, dry yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, butter and flour in a plastic bag.
Knead until you get a soft and elastic dough.
Let the dough rest in the bag for 1 hour.
Spread the dough on a baking tray, place the apple slices on top and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
