1. First, cut the chicken breast into thin strips and sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg. Then roll in a mixture of flour, cornstarch, powdered sugar, oil, 3 tbsp white wine and 3 tbsp soy sauce. Fry the meat on both sides for about 5 to 7 minutes until brown and then remove from the pan.
2. Cut the pineapple, onions and peppers into small pieces and fry in oil, then add to the meat. 3. Now heat tomato ketchup, 3 tablespoons white wine, 5 tablespoons soy sauce, sugar and vinegar together and stir until a thick sauce is formed. Pour this over the meat and vegetables. It's ready!
