So tasty and good! This was a hit at my last party!

1 wheel of brie (about 8 ounces)
6-8 slices of prosciutto, depending on size
1 tablespoon honey, optional for drizzling
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Carefully wrap the brie wheel with the slices of prosciutto, making sure to cover as much of the brie as possible. Overlap the edges of the prosciutto as you wrap.
3. Place the wrapped brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
4. Transfer the brie to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crisp and the brie is nicely melted.
5. Remove from the oven, and if you're using honey, drizzle it over the top now. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves for an aromatic touch.
6. Allow the brie to cool for a few minutes before serving to avoid a molten cheese mishap!
Variations & Tips
If you’re looking to spice things up, try adding a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes before baking for a bit of heat. For an autumnal twist, a small amount of chopped pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup instead of honey right as it comes out of the oven can be delightful. And if prosciutto is not your style or hard to find, feel free to substitute with thin slices of bacon or even smoked salmon for a different take.
