This recipe reminds me of my favorite Korean barbecue restaurant in New York. I’d always get the bulgogi, a dish of marinated pork cooked right at the table. A mixture of sweet, salty and spicy provides the perfect accompaniment to rich, tender pork shoulder. This dish is delicious served over rice and/or tossed with steamed broccoli. I also like to garnish it with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
