Overnight salad, Hmmm really awesome!

Preparation:
Remove the outer leaves of the Chinese cabbage, quarter the cabbage lengthways and rinse under running water. Cut the quarters into strips.
Peel the onion and clean the peppers. Dice the onion very finely. Cut the peppers into slightly coarser cubes. Drain the corn and peas separately.
Alternately layer Chinese cabbage, onions, sausage, peppers, peas and corn in a salad bowl. Mix the mayonnaise and yogurt, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar and pour over the layered vegetables. Let the salad sit covered in the fridge overnight.
Take the salad out of the fridge. Finally sprinkle with the grated cheese.
