Fried potatoes with egg and cheese – delicious and easy lunch! is definitely one of my favorite dishes

1. First peel the potatoes and cut them into slices or cubes about 7 mm thick.
At night, heat the pan, a cast iron pan is best, to approx. 70% of maximum power and leave it like that until the end.
2. Add the clarified butter or oil to the pan and let it get hot. Then add the potatoes to the pan and turn them often. Only when the potatoes have clearly taken on color on all sides add the onions.
Once they are well fried, add the garlic, stir and then sprinkle the cheese directly on top and add the eggs in the middle, tossing so that it is distributed a little. Season with plenty of paprika, pepper and salt. Stir briefly again until the egg has set.
