Fantastic strudel with cherry filling

Preparation

First wash the cherries and remove the stones. Roast the crumbs in heated butter until light yellow.

NOW spread the rolled out and stretched strudel dough with melted butter.

Then spread the crumbs and then the cherries on top, sprinkle with sugar and roll up the strudel tightly.

Now place the strudel on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread with melted butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, hot air for about 35 minutes.
