1. Boil, peel and slice potatoes.
2. In a large salad bowl, mix together ground beef, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg and eggs until well combined.
3. Using a dumpling spoon or ice cream scoop, form small balls.
4. Add some oil to a baking dish. Arrange the potatoes on the bottom and sides of the dish.
5. Place the meatballs on top of the potatoes.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and then sprinkle with Parmesan.
7. Add a few sprigs of rosemary and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
8. Serve and enjoy!
