1 pound ripe strawberries, washed and dried
¾ cup powdered sugar
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Optional toppings: graham cracker crumbs, shaved chocolate, chopped nuts
Directions
1. Remove strawberry stems and create a flat base.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
3. Fill strawberries with the mixture.
4. Add optional toppings.
5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
